Leading Westlands since 2017, Helen manages our exceptional team with warmth, professionalism and commitment to creating a safe, caring environment. She began working in the sector in 1979, starting in complex care looking after people with serious, long-term health issues. She now enjoys how no 2 days are the same and how gaining trust from some of life's most vulnerable people is both rewarding and fulfilling. Helen takes pride in building a positive culture, ensuring high quality, person centred care and fostering strong relationships with residents, staff and families.
